NOW HIRING – SNOW EQUIPMENT OPERATORS

About the Position

Precision Lawn & Landscape is seeking skilled and dependable snow equipment operators to join our on-call snow removal team for the 2025–2026 winter season. Operators will clear commercial and residential properties using a range of heavy equipment, including skid steers, tractors, loaders, and plow trucks.

This is a great opportunity for experienced operators who take pride in high-quality work and want consistent hours during snow events.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience operating snow removal equipment (skid steer, tractor, loader, or plow truck)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must be on-call and responsive during snow events
  • Ability to work long, overnight, and early-morning shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism in all weather conditions
  • Equipment proficiency test will be administered during the interview to evaluate operator skill level

Pay & Bonus Structure

Base Pay: $25–$30/hour DOE

Hourly Bonus Tiers (per storm event):

  • Our hourly tiered bonus program allows you to earn more money, ON TOP of your hourly wage, for every hour you work!
  • Snow removal can often bring long hours - we recognize that and want to REWARD our employees who can grind and stick with it!
  • We also offer a team-lead bonus for those interested in running a commercial shovel crew!
