Job Description: As a Groundskeeper at Bear's Den Golf Course, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our course. You will work closely with the groundskeeping team to ensure that our greens, fairways, and landscaping are impeccably maintained to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming to upkeep the appearance of greens, fairways, and rough areas.
2. Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of the course.
3. Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment including mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles.
4. Perform landscaping duties such as planting, pruning, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the course.
5. Assist in the implementation of pest control measures to protect the course from damage.
6. Collaborate with the groundskeeping team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance course conditions.
7. Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
8. Communicate effectively with management and other staff members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operation of the groundskeeping department.
9. Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred, but not required.
2. Knowledge of basic landscaping and groundskeeping techniques.
3. Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely and effectively.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
5. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
9. Valid driver's license it required.
