We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Front Desk Agents, providing top-notch service to our valued guests.

Job Description: As a Front Desk Agents, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in delivering an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Starting on 5/1/2025 or ASAP.
• 4-days a week (M-F) and EVERY SATURDAY (without prior coordination); Sunday work available upon request.
• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Checking guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Managing reservations, both over the phone and in person.
• Providing information about the resort, golf course, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
• Light cleaning / stocking of items.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensuring the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Checking in and out golf carts for golfers, ensuring proper documentation and inspection of the carts before and after use.
• Booking and managing tee times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• MUST be 18 years of age or older (Serving Alcohol)
